Christmas Eve

Happy Christmas Eve everybody. It was a holly jolly day in the NFL yesterday. The NBA will have some playoff contenders and some some playoff pretenders play tomorrow. College has some BIG bowl games coming up. Lets review the NFL scores from yesterday

The Seahawks smoked the 49ers in a big Sunday night football game. The Giants probably just got knocked out of the playoff race after getting blown out by the Ravens. The Bears kept their hopes alive while the Packers clinched that division. The Vikings only need to win their last game and they get their wild card spot. If the Seahawks win and the 49ers lose, the Seahawks win the division and Niners would have to settle for a wild card spot. The Steelers are out of the playoffs after losing to the playoff clinching Bengals. The Redskins keep getting better and better, a win against the Cowboys this weekend will give them a playoff spot. That's it for the NFL today.

The NBA will have some games on Christmas day. I think Brooklyn will beat the Celtics. Deron Williams and Rajon Rondo is a pretty even match up but Joe Johnson will eat up whoever guards him. The Knicks will smash on the Lakers just like they did last time. Carmelo and J.R. Smith are just going to be draining threes on the outside. Thunder at Miami is probably the best game. I think it will come down to the last shot. I am looking forward to seeing Durant against Lebron. I am positive Houston will beat Chicago, it doesn't matter how close it is but Houston will win. James Harden is the perfect player to give the ball to when you need a score. The Bulls had that type of player in D-Rose but they are missing that right now. The Clippers are going to win against the Nuggets, considering the roll the Clippers are on right now they will win.

Fresno State will beat Southern Methodist. I mean, who is that college. I think Central Michigan will win against Western Kentucky. I saw Central Michigan play once and their quarterback is outstanding. It does help that the running back is pretty good too but the quarterback is great.
